We're seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and secure strategic partnerships and growth opportunities across our diverse venture studio portfolio companies. You'll have highly entrepreneurial opportunities to develop go-to-market strategies for various products and contribute to the conceptualization and launch of new companies throughout your time with us.
Salary Range
$120,000 - $160,000
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry players
- Develop go-to-market strategies for portfolio companies
- Identify new market opportunities and business models
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams on growth initiatives
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Track and report on business development metrics and outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
- Track record of successfully closing strategic partnerships
- Strong negotiation and deal structuring skills
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or related industries
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Willingness to travel as needed (15-20%)
