We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers achieve their goals and get maximum value from our variety of products. In this role, you'll have entrepreneurial opportunities to develop success strategies for new ventures and contribute to the conceptualization and launch of new companies throughout your time with us.

Salary Range

$100,000 - $130,000

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key customers
  • Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and retention
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Work with product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs
  • Track and report on customer health metrics and KPIs
  • Develop and implement customer success playbooks and best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers
  • Experience with SaaS products and customer lifecycle management
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations
  • Familiarity with customer success tools and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
