We're seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex technical projects from inception to completion across our diverse product portfolio, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards. In this role, you'll have entrepreneurial opportunities to shape project strategies for new ventures and contribute to the conceptualization and launch of new companies throughout your time with us.
Salary Range
$120,000 - $150,000
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage technical projects throughout the entire lifecycle
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product)
- Identify and manage project risks and dependencies
- Track project progress and communicate status to stakeholders
- Facilitate effective meetings and decision-making processes
- Implement and improve project management methodologies
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical project management
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)
- Technical background or understanding of software development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- PMP or other project management certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
